I absolutely love Sable. I am so sad to hear of it's closing. The secured credit card is so easy to use. My purchases post immediately, and paying them are as easy as two clicks in the app.
Customer service has always been responsive and helpful with me. I don't have any understanding of other people's complaints. I don't know why other people's accounts have been unexpectedly closed. I have always felt so safe banking with Sable. I don't know how I can find a replacement. Sable was unique.
I signed up for sable as i was looking for a new mobile bank to work with. Why not give it a shot. I finally ended up putting some money on my account and out of no where they blocked my account. I have been trying to contact them non stop for a month now and they still cant tell me what is going on. Ive been more than patient with them , at this point Im in disbelief I had no idea a bank could just freeze your money for no reason. Im starting to think its a scam. I would not reccommend anyone use this bank. The customer service always goes to voicemail mon-sun 7am- 10 pm voicemail. They dont respond to emails. I got played big time.
I shared very confidential information such as passport, bank statement, a long US entry visa history, and my application has been rejected without any given reason despite my emails. Run away.
They rejected my application and refuse to tell me why. The application literally only asks for your name, passport and phone, so I cannot understand what could possibly be wrong. Terrible experience.
