This was my first time doing something like this, and I really enjoyed it. Interacting with Remy felt very supportive. I saw it as a person who teaches, guides, empathizes, and understands. The circadian rhythm and sleep analysis parts are interesting. Sometimes I felt very tired and wanted to skip the ritual, but it felt like I was letting Remy down! For me, the interaction with Remy was the most important part

Too many notifications at first—I muted most of them and the app instantly felt calmer. If alerts drive you crazy, tweak the settings; it makes a huge difference.

I think its an interesting and useful app for my needs , it is important for me to calculate my rest time so that I have time to do urgent tasks, which I sometimes do early in the night.
