The user interface is daunting, however it has edge-case features that are difficult to find elsewhere, at least not in the same product. The support took their time to figure out what the issues were on my specific setup and did not feel like cheap overseas labor.

I use RCDevs products in my company, and they work exceptionally well. The platform offers a wide range of features, including IAM, MFA, and SSO, all of which are highly reliable. The products are consistently well-maintained, and the support team is outstanding.

We integrated our Windows infrastructure within OpenOTP from RCDevs. It allowed us to have easy-to-use MFA through our logins and to protect our ADFS integrations thanks to their plugin. Recently, we were even able to synchronized our Entra ID with the LDAP within their product and to authenticate through the Entra ID Authentication Method (EAM) with an integration to the service provider from OpenOTP (OpenID). We experienced the reactivity from their support and their ability to develop often new interesting features.
