I've used ProductPlan for multiple years. The updates have been great and the team is very responsive to feedback.

I have introduced and facilitated the implementation of Product Plan at over 5 companies all with great results.

We use it heavily to make everyone aware of current deliverables, their status, etc.

Also, would like to see additional administrator ability to change ownership of individual roadmaps vs having to change ownership in bulk.

Our team (~19 users) has been using productplan for about 1 year. great for product managers and all of our company. integration with slack provides real-time updates to subscribers to the slack channel. could use more control over the items sent to slack so small changes or comments are not included.

I was very unsure of ProductPlan at first having previously used a custom built solution in my last position. Now, having used the product for nearly 9 months, I can't imagine going back to other products I've used in the past. It's easy to navigate, thoughtfully laid out, and nearly everything, from your legend to your timeline, can be customized based on your workflow. The ability to customize the roadmap before exporting it is one of my favorite features as is the Jira integration which I just started using a couple of months ago. The planning board is a very useful feature as well because it enables PMs to make data driven decisions when prioritizing a feature list.
