I have tried many variants of this idea. Paste is hands down the best I have ever used. Highly recommended.

I've tried out Paste and found it overkill for my needs in terms of the UI. The bottom of the screen interface is large and obtrusive and on a large screen like mine makes it difficult to navigate. I've used Clipy for a long time and really love the simplicity of the UI. Would love to see an option for having just a list rather than the large blocks and the ability to have it appear at the top of the screen. For other folks, it may be good, but for me, it just did not fit my workflow.
Can't live without paste. Power-user for 5+ years now. 💪
