Nonexistent customer service. Do not follow up on refund requests. I made a subscription to ChatBOT APP via Paddle. Once I used the app, which claims to offer ChatGPT 4 along with several other functions, I saw that the ChatGPT4 responses it delivered were subpar in quality compared to the actual ChatGPT4. According to the seller's guidelines, customers who've sent less than 10 messages could apply for a refund. I'd only sent three, so I submitted a refund request with a detailed explanation to Paddle. Since all such requests are directed to their AI bot, I submitted a few follow-up requests over the course of one week. Emails were supposedly sent to the seller, but there was no response. There was no assistance from Paddle in this matter whatsoever, not even after I stated that I'd file a dispute with Paypal should they continue to ignore my requests. I'd not recommend Paddle to potential buyers/customers.

Thieves - I asked for a refund for an app (Boxy) that stopped working after 2 months and paddle has been dragging their feet for 6 weeks to give me my refund. Absolutely disgusting. Customer service is a scam making you wait weeks to get a refund, probably hoping you'll forget or give up. Scammers.
