Buyer beware!!! Shop does not perform any due diligence when allowing merchants onto their platform. Meaning, that if a merchant charges you, and Shop closes their accounts or bans them, you have no way to recover your money. Their exact response is that they cannot issue refunds because solely the merchant can. I’d recommend buying directly from your vendor at their own website rather than through the shop app to make sure you’re not getting scammed.

It worked ok until I moved, then I never received email notifications. I kept changing my options but it never stuck. Asking for help I was told I had to delete and start over but there is no option to do it. Asking USPS to delete it, I was refused. Asking for help, never received a reply.
