I have been trying to cancel the billing on this account (months and months after actually canceling the account itself). I have been unsuccessful and this is starting to feel intentional.
Why can I not login and cancel the payments? Why can't I find the area to do so? Why can't I login to the community area and find answers?
Lincoln - please contact me so we can rectify this urgently. I haven't used your service for months but have been paying regardless.
