Using my OnlyKey-Duo for half a year now , I am enthousiastic about it.
Functioning reliable on my USB A/C devices.
Easy configuration and backup , but lacks support if you have issues. (just forum)
After using Yubikey 5-NFC , OnlyKey-Duo is matching better for me.

Review of OnlyKey
There are too many great features to list, but my current favorite is the ability to export an encrypted backup of your settings and accounts, and import to a new OnlyKey. I lost my OK in Vegas during AWS re:Invent. Thankfully, I had backed it up before leaving and bright a spare in my backpack! ZERO DOWNTIME.

Review of OnlyKey
Good idea, but awful implementation. Purchased it 1+ year ago. Constantly had problems with it. And the story is finished with U2F function that got broken on my token. Lost access to important info. 50 USD thrown to the garbage.
