I have been following @tabilityio for quite a while and consistently they are the only platform I've seen that understands outcomes over outputs when it comes to OKRs.
Where other templates and guides focus on OKRs which are basically 'Do X, Y times'. @stenpittet shows how to really understand and implement team objectives.
