Monolog is an awesome application that looks like a very simple notes app but offers much more. I tried Obsidian, RemNote, Notion, Zettlr etc. but either tje visuals were unappealing or the system was too big to tackle. In Monolog, you tend to write condensed notes (great for atomic notes) while still having the ability to use backlinks and tags. The review option is great because otherwise one might lose sight of their previous ideas and notes. And it is a natively-built. Only thing I can critique is that since the last update there were some design changes that look a bit odd, but I‘m guessing that‘ll be resolved in the future.
