Really recommend mixmax. I've used other variations (like calendly) before and I enjoyed them but mixmax has all of those features available AND more.

Clara is expensive for most people, but if you're scheduling meetings every single day, which can be time-consuming, you should be offloading that task to Clara. Quick Tip: Clara + Email Templates = even more streamlining! 🙌 My only question is why this company is not solving more administrative tasks. With such a talented team, I can see them expanding heavily.

The process of integrating with zoom was a little tedious for me, but otherwise the app is really easy to use and saved me tons of time. You simply share a link with colleagues and they can pick a meeting date and time based on your up to date availability.
