Lovebox

This company is misleading. After purchasing this product they told me it would take 15 days to ship. Which would be fine except it's coming from France. My product has been sitting in France for over ten days. It most likely won't make it for Christmas and I ordered it at the beginning of December. Not to mention the miscommunication between the customer service and I. Asked to change the address to where I would be spending Christmas and that never happened within the first hour of purchase. Never again. Will do my research next time. Thought it would be a cute idea.

I wasn't able to complete the purchase because my card gets declined each time I try to buy one. Seems very sketchy and untrustworthy. I can't believe I almost paid $100 for one of these. Would not recommend!

I ordered this product 2 weeks ago and said 10 day shipping which the 10 days was on monday and usps says delivered to depot and still in transit but said it for 5 days now and email customer service and still hasn't got back to me and it was a gift for valentine's day and really disappointed that I spent $114 to not even receive anything at all and getting no response from lovebox support

I’ve ordered this product three different times the first two times I’ve never gotten my money back the third time was recently and it is stuck in Memphis. This was supposed to be a birthday gift in January it’s now July I domt care about my money but I would like to give the gift.

FRAUD!! This has been one of the worst purchases of my adult life. This company is either fraudulent or has NO CLUE as to what they're doing. SPEND YOUR MONEY ON ANYTHING ELSE. ANYTHING!!!!
