Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was happy using the app, it was a bit buggy but it got me moving. I renewed my subscription and then 2 major bugs turned up. Firstly, it lost my data for one day and despite deleting and reinstalling it didn’t return. Secondly, it has never recognised me on my Mac despite doing the troubleshooting suggested by their bot Wakefield. So I needed to deal with a human. 4 days and still no response. Wakefield then suggests I check spam and also try social media. Nothing in spam. I don’t have time to chase up a response on social media as well.
