LEVO Oil Infusion

The product sounds perfect for me. I just have a problem with their being a smell, which I read it does. What are people doing to avoid this? Can you attach an exhaust and vent it outside? Just wondering what I can do because I live in an apt. building. People have been told to smoke weed only on the patio because of the smell. It's also winter and standing outside in the cold is crazy! Thank you for any suggestions you may have.

I ordered the Levo I twice. The first time, it was on Amazon, and they sent me a used device. There was literally the return authorization form from the prior owner, oil, and other herbs all over it. I returned it. Then I ordered directly from their website. I used it 3x and it started just leaking everywhere. My entire kitchen counter is soaked with oil and the oil dispenser wasn't even pouring out. I contacted them several times to file a claim as I've only had the device like 3 weeks and I've gotten no response. Their automated message has confirmed the receipt of it. I spoke to a representative on the website twice this week and she assured me it would be escalated. Do not buy from them!!! Awful customer service and a trash device.
