I recently decided to try the Pro Subscription and was initially optimistic. However, after using it for just two days, I realized it wasn’t worth the price for the features offered.
When I tried to cancel the subscription via the subscription page, I was met with a 404 error. This was a major red flag. I reached out to the support team multiple times via email, they said they cancelled the subscription.
Fast forward a month, I was surprised to find that I had been charged again for the subscription! I immediately sent follow-up emails to rectify this issue, but I’ve yet to receive any response from their team.
This experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Poor subscription management, lack of proper communication, and unreliable customer support make this service impossible to recommend.
