We have been using Instawp on daily basis to get the demo installed quickly. We could not be any happier.
InstaWP is a vital part of our customer sales funnel: we use it to power our demo site. We have been using InstaWP for this purpose for months and have never experienced downtime.
The feature set is excellent and getting more powerful every week. As a business owner, I'm seriously impressed by the pace and quality of the InstaWP service.

Great tool, needs more support staff and more documentation. Could be a bit unreliable for production sites. But it is not meant to be. It's great for it's core purpose (education, demos and so on) definitely a game changer. Recommended!

Reliability shouldn't be an issue, although we are not meant for production as you mentioned, the uptime should still be good. What is the problem you face?
it's worth a look! Wordpress is a solid product which continually changes with time.
