I've been using Impakt for a month, and the AI Coach really spices up my workouts. Would love if there were more diet integration features.
The adaptive training with Impakt is fantastic. It's challenging but so rewarding.

The user experience is very smooth; it really gets me moving. I can easily converse with the coach to customize my training plan. However, there's a little issue - it seems to have difficulty recognizing the motion of jumping jacks, making it challenging for me to proceed to the next step in my workout.
