I've used HubSpot quite a bit, and I have to say, it's a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, it's great having everything in one place - marketing, sales, customer service, the works. It's pretty user-friendly too, and the automation features are really handy. Plus, their customer support is top-notch.
But it's not all roses. The price tag can be a bit steep, especially if you don't need all the bells and whistles. And if you're looking to really customize things, you might find it a bit limiting. Setting it up can be a headache too, especially for more complex needs.
