Hims is a completely disreputable company with terrible business practices. I never authorized a recurring charge but they charged me anyway for a refill that I made it clear I didn't want. They ignored me and shipped it anyway and then claimed they couldn't take it back due to safety concerns. This company is complete garbage and I recommend you go somewhere else. Don't even consider them.

Impossible to cancel subscription, be prepared for fraudulent charges

Frustrating. The system and support is beyond dumb. Lets start with the intake. I fill it out, send photos and get accepted. We decide to change from pills to spray. Same chemicals and script. They want me to refill the EXACT same stuff i already did and send in photos again. Contact support and its useless.

Do not use this product! My 24-yr-old son used for 10 days. He almost committed suicide one night. He had all the side effects! All of them and they are continuing and he is getting hopeless. This is a young man who wanted to prevent hair loss and instead is jumping out of his skin. He has never ever had any anxiety or depression in his life. Went to the doctor today and the doc could not believe he was prescribed this and it was so easy to get! We are on day 7 of not taking it and he is struggling every minute. It has affected his hormones!!! Do not take it!!!!!!

Avoid HIM's anti-aging cream at all costs! I was lured in by the promises, but this nightmare in a jar left me with red, peeling skin. The product smells like chemicals and feels like acid. Customer service? Forget about it – they don't care once they have your money. Save your face and your wallet, and steer clear of this disaster. This isn't skincare; it's skin destruction.

Total scam they suggested I do not use the product I purchased. However, the doctor's advice not to use the product came "AFTER" I had already placed the order. No refund offer and no alternatives; essentially a scam. They're filth...

Ineffective. Expensive. And very difficult to cancel, even if your credit card expires. Do not recommend. Products dont work, customer service is a joke. So are the online "doctors" who are probably students

The worst part about this company is that you can only PAUSE products from their portal, not completely cancel them. Even when you do cancel them over the phone, there is the chance that the person you're talking to over the phone chooses not to cancel your product, which you don't realize until the next billing cycle. By then, it's too late. They've caught you in their scam of "Well, we see you called in but we don't have record of your cancellation. We can't refund you since the product has already been sent to you..." Trash. Don't use. Just get a normal prescription through your PCP.
