I freaking love HelpKit. We use it to host and share all the support articles for my paid Notion templates, and it's a perfect complement to our active support community.
If anyone's curious, here's how we use it:
Support articles intended for customer-viewing are placed into our Public HelpKit template in our Notion workspace. We also place those article in synced blocks, allowing us to embed them inside our internal support database. There, we also create technical reference material that's only meant for my team to see.
