I got multiple charges some them were double charges. The product doesn’t work through the application. You are getting templates of the planning pages without explanation and instructions. It’s a scam. BEWARE!

Dear Dmitry, I'm sure you are speaking about different product with very similar name: "happio", because we have never been a scam and you have never been our customer. Please, remove your review as it is a misunderstanding.

They are SCAMERS. I didn`t subscribed for any yearly plans, but they took my money without promissions. I already tryed to return first payment and they refused. In personal account there isn`t any button that shows that mistically you subsribe for annual plan, and they took money also there isn`t any cancellation buttons. Only have to write them e-mail. But it isn`t help. They just don`t return. They are SCAMERS!!!!!!!
Signed up for the free trial week which I didn't find to be all that valuable to me and reached out to cancel. The Customer Service agent and likely their team lead/supervisor leveraged a couple minor misunderstandings to ensure that they would get my money and lock me in for 3 months.
I think any site that offers a way to assist people and also based on my knowledge of Customer Service reps in this industry, this type of scenario is totally uncalled for and highlights some major issues with this product over all.

I was attempting to purchase one service, and was charged for two. When I asked for a refund, I was told that this was not possible. This company is a complete SCAM, and they're just a bunch online thieves.
