The chatbot package was priced decently, does not cost much to us while allowing us to have quite a few warm leads monthly. Pretty useful as most of the chats are automated :)

Our company took up the chatbot service which is really affordable. Nicely done up too as it helps to separate cold and warm leads for us.

Grouu helped with the creation and implementing of chatbots on my website and social media. Cut down our manpower requirements. Our website was also revamped, gotten quite abit of positive feedbacks. Currently in the 2nd month with them, so far so good. Will update if anything.

Engaged Grouu services in the past when we first just started. The service was quite good for the price paid. Price wise, it is very affordable, which matters to us as we have insufficient funds at the start. The founders and account manager are pretty helpful and supportive too.

Took the 6 months package after discussing with them for 3-4 months. The account manager was patient with us throughout the 3-4 months of enquiries. Price wise, there is lots of transparency as compared to others. 1 of the factor that pulls us over from other growth services in the market. However, the growth results were alright. Was hoping for more.

Currently on my first month with Grouu, cant comment much on any results yet. But service wise, pretty good support from the account managers and growth team.

We have been using the cheapest package for quite awhile, currently contemplating whether to renew the package.

Currently in the first 3 weeks with Grouu, so far we are discussing our social media strategy and aligning our company growth with their strategy.
