You can overlay your footage with a variety of different visual effects, ranging from VHS, RGB glitches, wonky never-seen-before trippy overlays, to funky light flares with a simple swipe.
I'm honestly a huge fan of Groovo. I use it all the time, mostly to overlay high-quality audio to a video of the artist performing that song
