It is an amazing experience. It tracks my workouts completely autonomously. I go for a 5 mile run 4 days a week. All i need to do is take my phone with me and it does all the rest. I can then look at detailed break down of my workouts. It also captures my walks and bike rides as well. A great innovation that i haven't seen in other fitness apps.
