I've switched from Intercom to Gleap and it's been a fantastic experience. The features are top-notch, and the support team is always ready to assist. The co-founder's honesty and openness to feedback are admirable. The pricing is affordable and provides excellent value, especially compared to similar tools like Intercom. A few areas could use improvement, such as the support documentation and the somewhat complicated user authentication during implementation. But considering the tool's novelty, these are understandable growing pains. Overall, this tool is a promising addition to the market.
