I'm a quantified fitness geek and have used just about every tracker and app under the sun over the last few years.
Gentler caught my eye in its unique proposition of having a gentler approach to working out, really aiming in understanding body and responding to its needs.
From the first moment of user journey, I was put into a peaceful mindset that is in sync with the product's vision. I really love the UI and the smoothness of the representation of data. And everything just works - from tracking on my apple watch directly from gentler, to seeing my heartrate zones after workout, to comparing analytics with previous weeks/years.
I think it's one of the rare apps that delivers on its features and promises with a seamless UI that is flowy and intuitive. And most importantly, it makes its user feel workout is fun and rest is fun as well. It gives you the permission to do what is needed for you health.

What I like about Gentler:
1. It is great to have all activities I track in different apps like Nike Running, Apple Fitness, Strava .... summarised in one place so I have overall picture of my all activities
2. Having one metric that signals me when I am pushing to hard is beneficial to maintain my health and control my ego
3. helps me stay in balance and avoid injuries and overtraining.
