FreeScout is a useful free script for organizing your helpdesk. Very convenient functionality. I use it in all my WordPress plugins.
As a person who really likes Helpscout, I found this to be a great alternative.
The best alternative to Helpscout, Helpwise or similar. Works great, and you don't need so much requirements on your server. There are a lot of then with an autoinstaller.
Best opensource ticketing system I've used. Most importantly it has facebook integration. Also whats app, Telegram, Slack. No viber
Easy to set up and works very well. Never experienced a single bug.
I love Freescout, Use it for multiple clients.
One downside is that the app is just the website on your phone and does not really work well.
It works but not as an App experience.
For the rest they do awesome and developing in it works good!
