Have been using for a couple months and love Feedier. It's a beautiful way to request feedback from your customers. It also can be used as a lead magnet/content upgrade delivery system in exchange for feedback and it makes in insanely easy to offer incentive to your feedback request. For me at least, this used to require hacking together multiple system.

I love how easy it is to create feedback surveys and how visually appealing they are. My students love to use it to leave feedback of my school and I have noticed and increase in the amount and quality of the feedback.

Easy to install & deploy.

I haven't created a new feedback since 1/2 month, so now I think they improve it.

Btw, I haven't see any bugs on customer / users part ;-)

I use Feedier mainly for:

1) early feedback when prototyping a new product (online programmes, templates, webinar, etc.)

2) Getting feedback (when the product is live) and invite the users to leave an honest review (social proof).

This is a great tool, I have been using it for a client for just over a month. Easy to integrate, awesome UI and setup was relatively simple.

The only downside is on the SMS, it uses the global account name, which means I cannot use the one account for multiple clients for SMS, hopefully this will be fixed in the upcoming pipeline of releases.

Baptiste is constantly communicating updates and requests for feedback, the Feedier team are making releases all the time and the product is evolving so quickly, that imo most of the things discussed on PH will already be in a sprint to be released soon.

5 Tacos. Absolutely recommend Feedier.
