We signed up for the service trial only to find out that you could not access any API features without a paid subscription. Once we signed up and paid, we learned, too late, that the service only allows use of the API if each user is required to sign in manually, making it useless for a automated faxing website. However, the company steadfastly refused to refund their fee even though we had never sent a single fax through their service. We ended up switching to InterFAX which was much cheaper and had a useable API.
