When I first came across EnergyBar, I'd been oscillating between two other lacklustre solutions. They had good feature sets but weren't implemented all that reliably and some of the UI didn't work as I wished it did. So I found EnergyBar today; it worked, it worked in the way I wished the other ones did, and it is free. So, so happy it exists. (I hate when decent hardware is let down by half-thought-through software ahem ahem the Touch Bar default software by Apple)
