Hello, Makers! As you know, we are building Whoonid to help you plan your employment and better match your skills, predispositions and willingness to assign people to projects. A lot of new things happened, including: - In the gaming system you can now define what we consider to be Regular and what is Senior (e.g. level 9 Java and level 8 spring) - You can specify from what minimum level unused skills are to be highlighted as wasted - There have been rankings of skills on which you can compare who has the greatest knowledge and experience with a given technology (thanks to which also someone lost from the team can look at who you can go to for help). I use this to educate college students of what the market is looking for in the area they want to get a job in. It is a wonderful resource that save me tons of research in assisting others who need a certain skill for a certain area.
