I bought Dopely Colors to use the FIGMA Widget when setting up a Design System. I was never able to activate the Widget and the login on the Dopely website does not work. I sent the proof of payment to support but no solution was ever found. I paid for a product I can't use and the support is disastrous. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Hello, Patrick, We apologize for the issues you have faced while using Dopely's products. We encountered several problems that prevented both free and paid users from working with our products. However, we have since investigated, identified, and fixed most of these issues. An update for the Figma plugin is on the way in the upcoming days to address the remaining problems, including some issues with certain features. As a small team, we received a high volume of support requests and were unable to support our users properly while also fixing our products. Therefore, the quality of our support has dropped. We had to decide whether to prioritize support quality or release a fix for all problems as soon as possible, and we opted for the latter. If you no longer wish to continue your subscription, we completely understand. Please give us a few more days to release all of our fixes, and we will issue you a full refund for your subscription. Additionally, we will add three months' worth of subscription to your account as compensation.
