Does not recommend this product
Not a usable tool currently, since the credibility is questionable, would be great to see how many contributors or data points there were per city in order to add context to the numbers being offered. Would not recommend until there were some fact checks and better data. I live in a well documented unaffordable city, but on this site it is apparently affordable. I love the idea and think its a cool project, but the stats need some work.
