We had a terrible experience with this app. We paid for an annual plan (expiring in April 2024) and could barely use it for a few months. Bugs are constant; it's impossible to upload videos without getting errors. We gave feedback in calls and meetings. They promised to improve the app. It never happened. Customer Service is a nightmare. Don't waste your time and money on this app. It's not worth it.
Absolutely needed if you care about saving money and time! Video is the only way to scale these days and these guys make it all so easy
