The worst customer service I have ever seen in all the applications I have used on the internet. They have stolen more than 5 months of subscription. I have spent months and months trying to communicate with them by all means to ask them to stop charging me; mail, instagram, Discord, etc. They say they are going to do something and they do nothing and they keep charging me. I'm so sorry, but I will NEVER use Znaplink again and I don't recommend it to anyone. Even if I already canceled my subscription, they continue to charge me.
