Hi! Congrats with launch, Chatsimple Team! I am still surfing and testing the bot, but on this stage I can admit that it helps not to lose potential customers/ I would like to ask is there are any integration with CRM?

The UI is very friendly to use and love the NLP component supporting chatting.

After trying this app, I have to say this app is probably one of the best chatbots I’ve used. It is highly customizable and the intelligence of the chatbots is just insane. Also kudos to the cool UI!

It upgrades brand's image and saves lots of time answering standard questions in a friendly human like way. The setup was extremely simple with clean UI/UX, any small business owner with little to no tech knowledge should be able to setup in 5 mins ! Must for any business with website & social media as it also capture contacts of potential clients ! And quick tech support who fixed a minor issue with text color ! And... support multiple languages !

It's an extremely user-friendly, well-thought-out UI with high learning capabilities. Among the many chatbot tools I've tried, it offered the most accurate responses. The pricing is also reasonable. I upgraded from the Free plan to the Pro plan within two weeks.
