Congratulations on the launch. I was just looking and exploring some tools in this space to power our sales team. I mean what are the odds right? Will definitely try the product this week. The playground is a great feature. kudos to the dev team. however, I would recommend coming up with a transparent pricing plan atleast for the professional plan. Also please look into the font sizes and font family used for this. Could be better.

One suggestion: Integrating an AI-driven training module could aid in continuously improving agent performance based on real-time insights. A game-changer for customer interaction analytics indeed!

We have build this solution in India which is land of multiple languages and multiple dialects of conversation. We have trained our models with hundreds of hours of dialogues to capture the varying nuances of conversational speech. We also provide services for model fine tuning and adaptation for custom conversational settings.
We do have Ai-training module for agents, for coaching existing agents & training new agents post calls. Rolling out the real time insights, real soon! Will keep posted.
