I have used calendly in my professional enterprise and my personal consulting life. It is the gold standard for request-based (attendee) meeting bookings. The free version an get you quite far, and the paid versions offer workflows that are best for business.
The process of integrating with zoom was a little tedious for me, but otherwise the app is really easy to use and saved me tons of time.
You simply share a link with colleagues and they can pick a meeting date and time based on your up to date availability.

Features are top notch, round robins and it's features are superb, the only part lacking is complete customization on the ID-fields, and language settings. Otherwise can fully support this wonderful tool :)
