Great! This can so mush improve organization and plans inside one team, besides - it saves time! :D Congrats for the launch! ^_^ Can you tell me please - is it integrated with Asana maybe? :)
Jeffrey Hardison
@maria_brm Love the team-based use case! It's not directly integrated into Asana, but Zapier has an Asana+Calendly zap: https://zapier.com/apps/calendly...
Maria
@jeffrey_hardison Great! *_* Thank you very much for the answer and sharing of the link! It will be very helpful in further tasks! ^_^

Hey, PH friends! 👋 I’m Jeff from Calendly, and we're excited to show you Meeting Polls, our newest way to schedule that lets a group of people quickly vote on preferred times before booking meetings. Go to https://calendly.com, sign in (or sign up if you haven't), and smash that Create button in the app. You'll see Meeting Polls as an option now! ✨ Some of you maybe use Calendly today to share *your* availability with others. But what if you want to give *everyone else* more of a say? With Meeting Polls, all of your invitees can vote on a time to meet. 🌅 The best parts? ➡️ It’s completely free. ➡️ And has zero weird ads. If you’ve ever had to schedule a call with several beta testers, a get-together with your team, or even a holiday meet-up with your fam, you know how tedious it can be to find a time that works for everyone. We hope Meeting Polls makes finding a time easier. 🙏🏽 And @chrismessina thank you for hunting us! ❤️ This is a public beta, so please try it out and let us know what you think! Your thoughts will inform what we build next.

Awesome!! Some might say about time calendly made a doodle-esque polling feature ;) We will definitely use this in our team - congrats on the launch guys!
Jeffrey Hardison
@lauritsjb Once you try out Meeting Polls, let us know what you think here! The community will help us shape where the product goes.
Valentin Huang
Great, but why can I offer only 20 times to meet? If I want to share 30 minute slots to organize a 1h30 meeting, I very quickly reach the limit :/
Jeffrey Hardison
@vhuang That's a use case we hadn't heard before. I'll share it with the team as feedback.

Solid move a long time coming 👏 I did a usability walkthrough/review on Twitter for anyone interested: https://twitter.com/rarelyJeremy...

@pocketfreud Thanks again Jérémy!
Devin Pickell
Man, Calendly continues to provide value at the Free level like few other brands do. Kudos to you @jeffrey_hardison 👏
Jeffrey Hardison
@dpickell Thank you, Devin! We try to pack a lot of stuff into the free tier! We have an awesome product-design-engineering team building Polls.

Overall, the feature looks very useful. But... I feel like it needs an option to automatically when complete instead of going back in and selecting it (at least for paid accounts). For example, this if we could indicate that we need votes from 7 users to automatically finalize. Then, when that number of votes is received, it can auto select and send out a time without us going back in and picking a top voted slot.
Lauren Haile
@scbarclay Love this idea and will be adding it to our enhancement list!
Chris Heuer
Really helps to consolidate this functionality inside Calendly, so stoked to try it out with my different communities/groups.
Lauren Haile
@4chrisheuer Can't wait to hear what you think once you give it a whirl!
Chris Heuer
@lcfire Super simple, much easier than some of the other polling platforms. Would love to see it integrated into the Gmail Plugin :)
Elizabeth Frederick
This is great! I'll be testing it in the coming days. One additional feature I'd find useful is the ability to identify specific invitees as required/necessary while others are less so. That way, if there are key stakeholders that need to be present, only the times that work for them will show up as top times. Does that make sense?
Jeffrey Hardison
@elizabeth_frederick That's a great idea. I'll pass it on!
Pocket Properties App
scheduling can be very difficult to do without the proper software. Thanks for creating something awesome. Check us out if your interested in Fractional Real Estate Investing

@zach_rinehardt Pleased you like it!
Pocket Properties App
@jeffrey_hardison how could we not! Our entire team is constantly scheduling meetings tools like this can be life savers!
Mike Paduada
I will give it a try at my next opportunity. That said, what I'd really like is to be able to invite a bunch of people who all have Calendly accounts (not on the same team) and have the poll options be auto-generated based on the mutual availability of all participants.
Lauren Haile
@aaaddmpu Thanks for the feedback Mike! We will add the suggestion to our list!
Jeremy Haile
I got to try out Calendly Polls during beta. It was easy to set up a poll and have people vote on times that work for them. Then with one click you can schedule the meeting on everyone's calendar. The user interface is very clean and easy to use, and unlike other products I've used in the past, it isn't full of annoying ads. The lack of ads makes me much more willing to share these polls, especially in a business context. Disclosure: my wife works for Calendly, but I really do love this product and have been a Calendly user since before she worked there!
Jeffrey Hardison
@jhaile Thank you, Jeremy, for trying out Meeting Polls!
Martina Hackbartt
I will definitely try this! A problem solver. Congrats on the launch
Jeffrey Hardison
@martina_hackbartt Thank you! Glad you think it solves a real problem.
Farokh Shahabi
This was much needed
Jeffrey Hardison
@farokh_shahabi Ah, love that you think so! Please give us feedback after you try it out.
Bertha Kgokong
Free options is not completely free, the product looks good
Jeffrey Hardison
@berthakgokong We're glad you like the look of the product. From our perspective, we've deliberately made Meeting Polls free for anyone to use. Do you think it's missing something in terms of being free?
maria cristina brodu
this product breaches GDPR and other data privacy law as the DPA in the UK: there is no possibility to hide the emails of all the attendees and so it shares sensitive data as emails are private in some cases, there's need of permission to share emails with everyone!
Make Good
Wow, this is very useful! We've had some problems and for some reason even couple hours of difference make a complete mess of suggestions. Good job!! Calendar looks nice and clean as well 😁
Jeffrey Hardison
@make_good Thanks a lot! Yes, we hope time-zone wrangling gets even easier with Meeting Polls.

zcal is better
Jeffrey Hardison
ha, I read that incorrectly the first time. thought you wrote zcal is bitter.
Rudy Arconte
Great! That's refines the competition, as I love the One-Off feature, this one is perfect!
Jeffrey Hardison
@rudy_arconte Thank you! And really appreciate you using One-Offs as well! I love One-Offs too.
FoolishJeremiah
This is genius and shows you guys are listening to the customers 🥳👑
Jeffrey Hardison
@thinkdeleon Thanks! A lot of credit goes to @lcfire on the listening front; she's always engaging with customers.
