    This product covers the importance of yoga and how it can improve the overall well-being of a person. The collection is very basic with not many options available and is not categorized according to skillset which would have made this product even better. I liked the laugh-asana section which is filled with memes and reminds us that a small laugh can make us a whole lot better.
