Review of BrainNote.Ai PRO Membership Experience
As a PRO member of BrainNote.Ai, I was hoping for a seamless and efficient experience. However, I have encountered several issues that are worth addressing. Below is a point-wise summary of the problems I faced:
No Option to Cancel Membership
I wanted to cancel my membership, but I couldn't find any option to do so within the app. A straightforward cancellation process is an essential feature for any subscription service, and its absence is frustrating.
No Support System
There is no visible option to ask for help or submit a support ticket. Users should be able to contact customer support easily to resolve issues or seek assistance.
Unable to Message @jmvanvp
The app mentions messaging @jmvanvp as an option, but when I tried, I received a message stating that this person cannot be contacted. This makes the promised support channel completely inaccessible.
Issues with Premium Features
The premium version promises 20-minute analyses, but my experience with it has been disappointing:
When I record for 2–3 minutes and stop, the analysis often takes longer than 20 minutes to complete.
On several occasions, the analysis did not complete at all.
This makes the premium feature unreliable and practically unusable for me.
Need to Cancel Membership
Given the issues with the premium feature and the inability to use it effectively, I no longer see value in being a PRO member. However, the lack of a cancellation option is forcing me to continue the subscription against my will.
Suggestions for Improvement
To enhance the user experience, I recommend BrainNote.Ai address the following:
Introduce a clear and accessible cancellation process for memberships.
Provide a robust support system, including options to submit tickets and chat with support representatives.
Fix the messaging feature to allow users to contact @jmvanvp or any assigned support personnel.
Ensure the promised premium features work as advertised, particularly the analysis speed and reliability.
Improve overall transparency and communication with users.
I hope these issues will be resolved soon, as BrainNote.Ai has great potential but falls short in its current state.
