I bought the book on paperback and every page will provide info and tips that will actually move the dial - No Fluff.

Review of [Book] Making Your Website Work
As a copywriter, this is the book I refer to the most. It's a reassuring, no BS "this is how you do things" guide, perfect for when you're not sure, need some back-up in the face of an insistent co-worker/client, or when your brain is frazzled.
Buy it!

Review of [Book] Making Your Website Work
Practical and down to earth. All the obvious-when-you-think-about-it stuff people don't think about, in one handy reference.
The only thing wrong with it is that for geographic reasons I had to buy the ebook and I really need a hard copy on my desk with post it notes on the best pages. (The one with content sanity checks for specific page types.)
