This is the founder. This comment is misinformation. We decided that the business was unsustainable because the economics of interchange was irregular and the friendly fraud + chargebacks made it unsustainable. We decided to close down the app and it was communicated to users. All customer accounts were closed in an orderly fashion with due notice--our banking partner handled the shutdown of accounts and any remaining funds were transferred to user's connected bank accounts or sent by check to their address. Please do not share mis-information and tarnish the reputation of a hard-working team. Business failure is a common fact---and is painful to the team behind it---to have such comments do not help anyone. Thank you.
