I had an opportunity to use this application from its beta version and it is really amazing. I used it to get feedback from my clients and it not only simplified the process but also allowed the clients to give details very quickly.
What could have been hours long calls and processing ended up in minutes with much valuable inputs. And on the top of that I got audio inputs as well as transcriptions.
Really loved it.
