I was extremely disappointed with the lack of data security offered by this product. It was easy for unauthorized users to access my sensitive data, and the customer support team was unresponsive in addressing the issue.

I use Apollo to find contact info for leads that I generate. I like how apollo will work over LinkedIn and any site period! Verified email and social accounts saves a ton of time having to use an email checker. I wish the user interface wasn't so small and cluttered. Working with a lot of leads makes the "working area" feel small and difficult.

Our sales team uses Apollo.io to outbound cold email campaigns, it's easiest to use and love that it's prospecting database plus outreach.

Very usefull tool that allowed us to scale our outbound strategy from lead gen to sending. Their product evolve very fast and they keep innovating. Why not 5 stars?: Replying to emails from multiple domains is far from being optimized.

Highly recommend, a great prospecting tool especially for a start-up. The ability to find and verify leads and easily then assign them to your sequences allows a seamless workflow -- without needing two separate tools to do both. Building lists and personas is a bit clunky and confusing at first, but eventually, you get the hang of it.

Apollo's affordability makes it a perfect fit for my personal use. It provides the features I need without breaking the bank.

I really like how helpful Apollo has been to a sales person. The database is very comprehensive, the functions are very good too.
