I am the co-founder of Connect, which we launched earlier on Product Hunt and got so much positive response from the PH community. And now, I am glad to introduce you to Workhub spaces. What are Workhub Spaces? Spaces are a new feature in Workhub Connect. Workhub spaces are support pages that will enable you to manage all your internal and external communications in one place. Why Workhub Spaces? 1️⃣ Workhub Spaces help your customer support team by consolidating all customer queries and internal chats into one place. This way, they can manage internal and external communications very easily. 2️⃣ Workhub Spaces is an excellent way for your customer support team to keep track of customer queries and responses. This makes it easier for them to provide a high-quality service to their customers. How Workhub Spaces Works: Spaces are a support widget for "connect." All "connect" users can use them for free with their connect subscription. To use spaces, create a page and, add all the details of support team members on the page, save it. Copy the code of that page and place it anywhere on your website. Whenever a customer initiates a support chat, anyone from your team will be able to respond to that query from within their "connect" account. This way, everyone on the team is always available to help the customer. Customers can initiate a call, email, or chat and schedule a call by checking the available time in the calendar. @rucha_joshi8 All customer queries are separate threads and you can convert any conversation to an actual ticket so that even other team members can be involved. With a single system, the entire team can be looped in when needed.

Hey guys, congrats on the launch. Happy to see more tools addressing the remote environment. Throughout the description, I didn't quite get to whom you are budling the product for. Is it for support teams or all roles in the company?

@daniel_chepenko this is anyone in the company who can help connect with anyone external to the company. This means if you need to provide support from the website, you can simply use spaces widget to connect some internal team members to external contacts. If you are a consulting company, that has different teams for different customers, each one can have a separate space so team members can be contacted directly and so on. Any use case where you need to contact non-company users with company users.
