@sentry_co Rest assured, we made data security our top priority when developing this product to keep those survey responses secure! For example, data is not used to train or improve the AI model and is not retained indefinitely. Let me know if you have any other questions!

- Sprig Surveys have always made use of AI to help you group tons of user responses by theme, but now we're applying AI to your whole survey! This unlocks the ability to ask AI interesting questions that would typically take lots of manual analysis - like "How did users' response to Question 1 relate to their response to Question 3?"
- We expanded our Free plan so you can try out everything that makes Sprig special (Surveys, Replays, AI) on your side project - and then bring it to your company once you're ready.

What measures are in place to ensure data privacy and security particularly when dealing with sensitive survey responses?
@kensavage Thanks for the support Ken! We've focused on data privacy since the start of developing this product and have taken a ton of measures to ensure teams can securely use AI Analysis for Surveys. For example, survey data is not retained indefinitely and is not used to train our AI model.

@dennis_aronov Sprig AI is based on GPT-4, which we've seen do a great job at overall summaries. That said, yes, inaccuracies happen - we're actively working on improvements that we expect to improve performance even in the coming weeks. The feature also has a feedback mechanism in which you can mark any response as "not helpful" for the Sprig team to review.
