The Google Headline Optimizer by Poll the People allows you to write user-friendly headlines that drive clicks. Optimize your headlines by tying them directly to your keywords and targets.
This looks to be a great tool. We are definitely going to try it.
Have a couple of questions:
How do you generate AI suggestions? Does it use GPT-3?
Who are the people behind those who vote for A/B testing?
@gauravgoyal_gg That is correct -- the suggestions are generated by carefully tuning the parameters to GPT-3 -- it took a lot of experimentation to get it to work - but the underlying API is indeed GPT-3.
> Who are the people behind those who vote for A/B testing?
They are people on our partner panel of paid testers. They get paid for taking a test (called a "survey" in industry-speak).
We carefully tuned our tests with months of research so that the testers give valuable feedback along with their response. Do check out the example tests: https://pollthepeople.app/use-ca...

What an epic tool! Congrats on the launch. This is super useful for generating ad copy, copy for social media posts, titles for articles/guides, email newsletter subjects, and so much more. I'm excited to play around with this, awesome work!
This is a great tool guys, my name is Kelly I'm from California I'm a tester here. This is a great product I'm going to love it I want to thank all of you for your hard work long hours that you put into this away from your families. I know it's long hours because I have a business online that takes up a lot of my time. I want you all to know that I appreciate it and my business thanks you for it. Thank you
@owen_fay I'll make fantastic headlines I'm on 182 platforms, besides Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Mind, Mastodon, MeWe, Tumblr, Triller, so yes it does help out and I very much appreciate it I will put the word out. It's a wonderful App. I grew very fond of it past couple days. It will be one of my secret weapons now, a very loose secret. hahaha.
I didn't forget you Mr. Rizki Kusuma, thank you also for your kind up vote. It was very kind of you, when I see my up votes I was surprised to see you and Mr. Owen. Everyone is so busy, I know taking time out of your day to write emails is really hard to do. So thank you very much.
@annadorosario Hello Anna Your welcome, and thank you for a great product. We are on about 200 platforms between the five of us Promoting. My cool and very generous boss Jerry Gallegos he is amazing at what he does. Your app is really being tested that's for sure.
@annadorosario Great tool, looks great, and is very powerful. Are the headlines generated based on current trending headlines on the topic? Also if multiple users use the same keyword will they be getting the same headlines? I would like to know the answers. Great job and a wonderful addition that will drive productivity for all content growers.
@riston_thomas Great questions, Riston. The headlines are generated using GPT-3 and a finely-tuned, highly-researched prompt. If multiple users use the exact same keyword, they will receive the same headlines. However, you are always welcome to tweak these suggestions, test them against your own using PTP software, or modify your keyword search.
@brenna_donoghue So glad you've found this tool helpful β we can make those A/B tests much easier with our quick but effective user testing. Have you had a chance to browse our template gallery yet?
@evgeniyyakubovckiy When you do run a test on the platform there are a number of demographic targeting and advanced criteria options. For geographic targeting we currently utilize a panel that is 90% participants from the U.S. we offer segmentation by state. You can choose to include or exclude as many states as you want. In the near future we hope to add geographic targeting for other countries and regions.
A much needed and stellar product idea in an ever changing market place. I surely agree that "Headlines" are like "first impressions", that set the tone for customer attention and retention. Looking forward to seeing this fly off the shelves so to speak. Congrats and well done!
@sanjay_colaco Love your attention to detail! You're right; this does set the tone for customer attention and retention β let us know how it works out for you..
Hey, Congrats on your launch! π Looks super handful!
We will be launching soon too, (https://www.producthunt.com/upco...),
I hope that you will support us as well,
Cheers π
What's your perspective on using this in dynamic text ads? Should you fix a headline as position 1 or let Google decide of your headlines which is the best performing?
@bcolekid I've tried both methods, I think if you have a number of headlines you think could be effective then use dynamic ads. But, if you have one headline you know is killer that you might have tested, then I would pin that to the first position. I've found that sometimes the dynamic ads can put the headlines in a confusing order.
@_syed_zubair_ahmed Great question β you can test the effectiveness of your Google Headline suggestions by launching a pre-live A/B test with Poll the People. This will give you insight into how your ad headlines will perform and serve as a precursor to a live A/B test with Google.
Way to go @annadorosario and congrats on the launch of your product.
@alden_dorosario with you as a guide I'm sure this will be a huge success. All the best guys!
