A brand-new major update for Pagico - the Sep 2024 update brings several features to boost your productivity: a rapid day planner, easier content navigation, and more!
Come and check out the new Day Planner feature - a new and simplistic task planning experience so you can get your ideas out with no latency or distractions.
With all the latest improvements, Pagico is geared to be a work platform for busy individuals manage their daily projects, tasks, contacts, and more!
Congrats on the laucnh @notes17 ! We always need different types of productivity / task management tools, and your product looks great! Is this available on multiple devices?
Pagico is my favorite Project Manager and Planner. It is the one I use daily to keep all or my projects on time. It is very configurable and flexible. Highly recommended!
Tried the app out for a bit and looks intuitive and does the job. Would love to understand if there's any feature to link multiple calendars (work, personal etc.) in one/many views. Right now I can only link my personal as I signed up through that ID. Kudos to you and your team. Great product overall.
@abishek_c_mouli Hi! You wanted to manage things in separate "domains", right? You can do that in Pagico in the same database actually. Once you have everything in it, you can create a "collection" for you work stuff, another collection for personal stuff, etc. Each collection has its own timeline & calendar views. Then you can return to the main Dashboard to see everything on the same canvas. Give this a try and let me know how it goes. Thanks!
Really like the idea and design of this! As a freelancer I work for multiple clients, so I think this tool might come in handy for me! Will give it a try for sure!
First time to hear your app, and I’d like to have a try. The UI looks neat. Could it be used as a productivity app, or it suits leisure purposes like travelling best?
@hackerqed I think both! Pagico was originally designed to be a productivity platform, but with the recent addition of embedded maps, weather info, world clock (and a lot more), planning trips is also quite enjoyable in it (we also have a blog post on planning trips with Pagico). Give it a try and let me know how it goes. Thank you!
Hey Chuiyuan,
I'm wondering how it integrates with longer-term project planning.
Does it offer any features to help users balance daily tasks with overarching project goals?
How does Pagico handle recurring tasks or habits that users want to track regularly?
Congrats on the launch!
@kyrylosilin Hi Kyrylo, thanks for the comment! Pagico does support longer-term project planning. In fact, this was Pagico's strength prior to this update. This time around we wanted to make the short-term planning more enjoyable, and the Day Planner feature fills that space. Pagico also does support repeating tasks too, but it isn't a habit tracker yet. We'll see how we can make this area better in the near future.
Thanks again!
The 20% off discount is a great incentive to upgrade to the latest version of Pagico. However, I hope the new features are worth the cost even without the discount.

The new Day Planner feature sounds super handy! Just took a quick look, and it’s looking promising for keeping everything organized. Congrats on the update!
@notes17 Kudos on the impressive update! Boosting productivity with a rapid day planner and easier content navigation is a remarkable achievement. Similarly, AI-driven platforms are transforming processes by ensuring seamless and efficient operations. How do you plan to enhance user workflows with these new features, and what integration strategies are you considering for a more unified experience?
This update brings some really useful features to Pagico but I feel the day planner could benefit from a bit more customization. It’s fast and intuitive but letting users tweak the layout or add specific widgets would make it feel more personalized. Still great work overall.
An excellent product. Recently, I've been so busy with product development that I often feel overwhelmed. I really need Pagico's help to manage my schedule, clarify the priorities of each day, and improve efficiency. It's been very helpful!
@abhaytalreja Hi Abhay, thanks for the note. Pagico does have the ability to embed multiple system calendars (if you are on macOS). Let me know how this works for you. Thanks!
Congrats on the launch! 🎉 Pagico looks amazing. I’ve been working on ConverForm.com, a tool to turn forms into interactive conversations—could be a cool way to boost early user engagement. Keep crushing it!
